Turn off the A5 to the north at the Goat Inn in the village of Maerdy which is about 3 miles to the west of Corwen, where a lane goes more -or -less straight to the village of Betws Gwerfil Goch. Turn left at the crossroads in the village and Sycharth will be seen on the left opposite the school.
