Sycharth is suitable for those with walking difficulties
& wheelchair users.
The drive into ‘Sycharth’ is quite short but rather steep. However, once the car is parked there are only two or three metres to the house. Access into the house is one low step up
and the accommodation is easily accessible being on one level. There are two bedrooms with small ‘en suite’ bathrooms. These are not suitable for those confined to a wheelchair, however there is a third compact bedroom having sole use of a full bathroom with wheelchair access, a large shower with holding rails
& slip mat. There is one step up into the shower. The lounge & dining area is easily accessed from the bedrooms with ample wheelchair space.
